Then, she asked for apple-sized stones and put them in the bucket, and asked ” Is the bucket full?”. The crow responded: “Yes.”
But, she asked again her assistant to fill it with more of anything. Her assistant brought small pebbles, and she put them in the bucket.
The gravel filled large gaps between the gaps. Then, she asked again: ” Is the bucket now full?”
Several persons from the audience said, “Yes!”, “No!”. Some of them were unsure, as some were in doubt.
When the time manager asked to fill the bucket with more, the assistant brought more sand. So, she put the sand in the bucket. I filled large spaces.
She asked again, “Is the bucket full now?”. People said, “No!”. When everyone was in doubt, she asked to bring water and pour it into the bucket.
Yes, now no one can think of anything else to fill in the bucket. At the same time, the time manager asked, ” What does this process prove?”.
It doesn’t matter how busy you are, because you can always do something else”, replied a member of the audience.
The time manager said, “I can tell you now how you thought that this was my idea. But it is not. I am trying to show you that if you don’t put the big stones in the beginning, you will never get this result.
The objectives of the second box are like big stones, and less important things are like gravel, sand, and water. If we put them first, they will be an impediment to the big stones entering.
But, once we get to know the big stones and start putting them in the bowel first, we will find the space for gravel, sand, and water (like small tasks).
The most important here is that we have to put the essentials before anything else and so for the weekly planning.
The weekly planning process takes place on a weekly basis. Perhaps, it can be one or two days before the end of the week where the next week will be planned.
That is to say, the week will not start without being planned and connected to the overall vision.

Effective daily plan:
1- Reviewing every day activities:
At the end of each day, try to spend a few minutes looking at the next day’s schedule to arrange its activities, to see it through the week, and make sure that its activities are in harmony with you, yourself, and your message.
2- Setting priorities for the day:
To start, you have to make sure that there are no activities in the third or the fourth square and stay focused on those in the first and second ones.

- What have you learned last week and will this change anything in your life?
- Organize the coming week’s program.
What we are talking about is a way of life, not tools to organize time.
The principle of importance means that the effect of life in the second square will affect your continuing life, not your past. And the plan you have created has an effect on life, not time.
So, learn to say “no” when you should say it. Keep your smile and learn to evaluate tasks and refer them to the appropriate square.
